Tony and Jan Webb have just returned to the Gold Coast after fulfilling a Residential Management contract in Sydney. The complex we were responsible for consisted of over 500 hundred apartments spread over 17 buildings of various sizes. Most buildings had lifts and cooling towers as well as underground car parking. The complex was situated on the foreshore of the Parramatta River in Chiswick (inner west Sydney). We were responsible for rentals, maintenance supervision and the general day to day trials and tribulations that come with the territory.
We were directly responsible for 7 staff and supervised over 20 maintenance contractors. We had very close dealings with both Strata Management and the Body Corporate, with whom we have forged some strong friendships.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sydney but once our contract expired we wanted to return to the Queensland where we have resided for the previous 30 years and be close to our 2 adult children.

We would ideally like to be involved in relief management of motels/hotels/complexes of any size, and are willing to travel throughout Australia.
